Booking is simple. You pick your date and time, sign your agreement, pay your rental fee, and everything else is handled automatically.
You’ll get your studio access code, instructions, and reminders sent straight to your inbox so your shoot day runs smoothly from start to finish. -
Every rental comes with full access to the entire 2,000 sq ft studio, including:
All 7 styled sets
The hair & makeup area
Backdrop shooting space
Boudoir client closet (XXS–6XL)
Props, pillows, blankets, and furniture
Private, secure keypad entry
No add-on fees. No restrictions. No locked rooms.

The studio uses a keypad for entry.
You’ll receive the current access code in your confirmation emails, and you can enter the studio at your exact rental time.
Please do not enter early or stay past your scheduled slot — other renters may be booked directly before or after you. -
These policies keep the studio safe, clean, and running smoothly for everyone:
No smoking or alcohol inside the building
No glitter, confetti, powders, or fake snow
Do not move the clawfoot tub
Set-up and tear-down must happen within your rental time
You’re responsible for your guests, clients, assistants, or collaborators
Report any damage immediately
Leave the studio clean and reset

You’re welcome to shoot boudoir, intimate portraits, or adult content as long as it complies with local law and your shoot follows all studio policies.
